Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery times vary depending on the distance between your location and our warehouse. On average, it takes 4 to 6+ working days for your order to reach you after it has been shipped. Remote areas or unforeseen logistic delays may lead to slightly longer transit times.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking ID and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment status at any time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We currently do not offer full Cash on Delivery (COD) due to a high rate of rejections and misuse, which results in significant shipping losses. Each rejected COD order incurs a two-way shipping charge of ₹200–₹400, which is unsustainable for us as a small business operating on modest margins.
However, we do offer a Partial COD option. You can choose to pay a small advance (₹200) at checkout—depending on your order value—and pay the remaining amount upon delivery. This helps secure your order while still offering flexibility.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please ensure that your shipping address and mobile number are entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect details. In such cases, we can attempt to re-ship your order after charging a re-shipping fee.
Rejection of Partial-COD Orders
If you reject a Partial-COD order, the advance amount paid cannot be refunded or applied to another order, as it is used to cover the shipping costs—including both forward and return charges.
